4 Weeks in...

...and I haven't missed a run.  In fact, I honestly look forward to them.  I only run 3 days a week.  Tuesday and Thursday are the shorter run days follwed with an hour of pilates.  Saturday is the "long" run day, which for me at this point is only 2 miles.  Wednesday and Sunday are cross training days, and Monday and Friday are rest days.  So far, so good.  As I look forward into the training schedule, I wonder if I'm going to still look forward to these runs, when the short runs are 4-5 miles.  But, for now, I'm enjoying the ability to run...to breathe in the fresh air..and to ride this wave.
